Who we are

This policy describes the public website of JCR Cyber & Technology at jcrcybertech.com. Paid services, if you engage us, are governed by a separate agreement.

The site is published in English and Brazilian Portuguese. The same practices apply in both languages.

What we collect

If you use the contact form, we receive the name, email, phone number, company, topic, and message you choose to send. Please do not include passwords, payment card numbers, or health details in that message.

Our host may keep ordinary technical logs, such as IP address, browser type, and the page requested, to operate and protect the site. We do not run advertising cookies, and we do not sell personal information.

Why we use it

We use form submissions to answer you. The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to a request you started.

If email delivery is configured for the site, the message is forwarded to our inbox or to a processor acting on our instructions, such as an email or automation provider. We do not use the message to build a marketing list unless you ask us to stay in touch.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to respond, to keep a record of what was agreed, and to meet legal obligations. You may ask us to delete a message that is no longer required for those purposes.

Your choices

Depending on where you live, including under Brazil's Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD) and applicable U.S. state laws, you may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold from this site, or to object to certain uses.

Write to [email protected]. We may need to verify that the request comes from you. You can also stop the conversation simply by not writing again.

Cookies and language

The site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Your language choice is carried by the page address, for example the /pt path, not by a tracking cookie.

If we add analytics later, this policy will be updated before that tool is turned on.
